Caleb did an outstanding job in helping me purchase my first house. I was very new to the process and he patiently and methodically walked me through the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. I was familiar with the downtown Richmond Virginia area, but was not familiar with the surrounding areas. Caleb expertly advised me of potential areas of interest based on conversations we had along the way. During my search, Caleb would drop everything to set up and accompany me to showings -- whether during business hours, after hours, or over the weekend. He also strategized with me around negotiations and went to bat for me during the whole negotiation process, offering advice along the way. In addition, Mollie was a pleasure to work with - answering any question I had along the way with a strong knowledge-base. She was very detailed in the steps required to close and I appreciate her attentiveness throughout.
